I talked to Seth Denato and was able to approve me, much to my surprise for a 2000 Dodge Caravan. A little over a year later I was in need of a second vehicle I again called Seth. He was able to get me approved for a brand new 2007 Suzuki Forenza. Because of Quad Cities Suzuki, Seth Denato and my making payments on time, I am back for a third time. In the recent year, I have bought 3 Suzuki's from the Quad Cities Suzuki. The Vitara, (the all round suv, has a touch of class with a touch of ruggedness), the cross over SX4 (fantastic gas mileage, handled the snow of 07-08 like a big 4 wheel drive,and has a lot of zip) and the XL7( the luxury flagship of Suzuki..I Love it)
Quad Cities Suzuki gave me a very good deal, but I probably could've gotten a good deal from another dealer. However... What sold me is the outstanding customer service. I watched how others were treated as well as myself. Whether they were looking, buying, or just using the restroom, each and everyone I seen were treated equally and with respect. I had an issue with a 3rd party and when I came to you and Doug (service manager) You told me... "You don't worry about resolving this issue, our concern is you, we'll take care of it) And you did. Simple as that. My wife and I were so impressed with your sincerity and rapid resolution, we had to let you know how much we appreciate you and the Quad City Suzuki Dealership. Doug's knowledge and professionalism, not to mention just a very good and honest person,helps me to decide where to take my car when I need or want something done. Even if I had a BMW, LEXUS, or a 1956 Chevy, Doug and his department is the only place I'd take my vehicles. This is also why I am having a remote starter put in my car from Quad City Suzuki, instead of a popular local business much closer to where I live. I am not an emotional person, business is business, but I will give praise when warranted, as such in this case. Suzuki has two outstanding assets working for them, and this is why when my daughter starts driving, it will be a Suzuki, probably the forenza or reno, either way, it will come from Quad City Suzuki. If any of your future customers are hedging on whether to go with Suzuki or not, tell them to call me or email me.
